  • Served as Civil Judge from August, 1988 to June, 2002 at Rawalpindi, D.G. Khan, Multan, Lahore, and Narowal
  • Served as Senior Civil Judge at Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, and Sialkot from June, 2002 to December, 2003
  • Served as Additional District & Sessions Judge from December, 2003 to February 2014 at Sialkot, Lahore, Pakpatan Sharif, Duniyapur, Okara, Jampur and Gujranwala.
  • Served as Judge Banking Court-II, Lahore from February 2014 to November 2014.
  • Served as District & Session Judge, from 5th December 2014 to 30th July 2016 at Toba Tek Singh
  • Served as Member, Punjab Service Tribunal Lahore from November 2016 to October 2018
  • Served as District & Sessions Judge Rajanpur from October 2018 to December 2019

  • Also served as Member , Chief Minister Inspector Team, Punjab from August 2008 to May 2009 at the request of Government of Punjab. (His services were borrowed by the Government of Punjab from Hon’ble Lahore High Court, Lahore)
  • Served as Senior Additional Registrar at Hon’ble Lahore High Court, Multan Bench, Multan from 30.03.2020 to 05.07.2021.
  • Served as Principal Staff Officer to the Hon’ble Chief Justice Lahore High Court, Lahore from 06.07.2021 to 01.08.2021
  • Served as Senior Additional Registrar at Hon’ble Lahore High Court , Multan Bench, Multan from 02.08.2021 to 05.10.2021li
  • Served as Principal Staff Officer to the Hon’ble Chief Justice Lahore High Court, Lahore from 05.10.2021 to 04.05.2022.

 DISTINCTIONS:

  • Earned first position in the Training Course for AD&SJ on the subject of "Orientation of New Laws" at Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad and was awarded book by the Hon 'ble Chief Justice of Pakistan in Recognition of the first position.
  • A certificate of appreciation by the Hon'ble Chief Justice Mr. Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, on exceptional performance of Model Courts.
  • Delivered various lectures at Punjab Judicial Academy as resource person on different topics.
  • During posting at Lahore as AD&SJ, got abolished two Courts dealing with criminal cases of different nature.
  • As Member, Punjab Service Tribunal, decided around 2000 appeals.
  • As Judge, Banking Court-Il, Lahore (from February 2014 to November 2014), (9 months) decided around 2700 cases.
  • On a question of law in proceedings U/S 514 Cr.P.C, in case titled “Muhammad Yasin vs. The State", his view that a surety was liable to proceedings for absence of the accused in pre-arrest bail application for his default; on adjourned dates was upheld by the Hon'ble Lahore High Court in Criminal Revision bearing No. 309 of 2005 reported as "PLD 2005 LHR 610" & “NLR 2006 Criminal 322” and the Judgment of the Hon'ble High Court was circulated in the entire Province for guidance of all Judges & Magistrates and the matter was referred to the Rules Making Committee of the Hon'ble Lahore High Court and resultantly, the stipulations of surety bonds were amended and since then the changed format of the surety bond is being produced in courts.
  • His Judgment in appeal titled "Mushtaq Ahmed Ch. & others vs. Punjab Healthcare Commission” delivered on 16.10.2015 as District & Sessions Judge, Toba Tek Singh to the extent that the Punjab Healthcare Commission had no powers of sealing the premises of Healthcare facility was upheld by the Hon’ble Lahore High Court in W.P. No. 32150 of 2015 titled “Punjab Healthcare Commission vs. Mushtaq Ahmed Ch, & other” reported as “PLD 2016 Lahore 237” and consequently, the law was amended by Government of the Punjab and requisite amendment thereafter provided the powers to the commission for sealing of such premises.
