INTRODUCTION: The Member Inspection Team Islamabad High Court is mandated to evaluate, supervise and monitor the performance of District Judiciary as the High Courts under Article 203 of Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973 are required to do so. The MIT office was set-up in the year 2011 (soon after the establishment of this Court through 18th Amendment in the constitution) for proper check and monitor the performance of Judges in District Judiciary under the dynamic supervision of the Hon'ble Chief Justice / Hon'ble Inspection Judge. Primarily, code of conduct was approved for the judges of subordinate judiciary followed by the key performance indicators.
