Dispensation of Justice, strictly in accordance with the law is the sole concept any judicial system should adhere to. Islamabad High Court, as the youngest High Court of the country, has come a long way in achieving this goal. In the short span of time since its inception, it has achieved significant milestones for enforcement of fundamental rights and adjudication of public and private litigation, expeditiously. The Institution shall continue to endeavor to administer speedy justice to everyone, without fear or favour, in accordance with the law.
