PROFESSIONAL CAREER • Passed Judicial Civil Services Examination in the Year 1993 and joined as Civil Judge. • Promoted as Senior Civil Judge in 1999. • Promoted as Additional District & Sessions Judge in the Year 2000. • Promoted as District & Sessions Judge in the Year 2007. • Served as Additional Secretary (BPS-21) in the National Assembly of Pakistan in the Years 2008-2009. • Appointed as District & Sessions Judge in the Islamabad Judicial Service and posted as District & Sessions, Islamabad from 2011 to 2014. • Posted as Member Inspection Team along with the additional charge of the post of Director General, Human Rights Cell at the Islamabad High Court, Islamabad from October 2014 till date. • Posted as Registrar, Islamabad High Court, Islamabad on 09.01.2015 to 10.12.2015 and 23.10.2016 to till date.
JUDICIAL CAREER • Judicial Magistrate (Quetta, Dera Allah Yar, Mastung) in the Years 1994-2000. • Senior Civil Judge (Dera Allah Yar) in the Year 2000. • Additional District Judge (Hub, Quetta, Dera Allah Yar, Panjgoor, Sibi) in the Years 2001-2003. • Acting Sessions Judge in the Years 2003-2007. • District & Sessions Judge (Dera Allah Yar) in the Years 2008. • District & Sessions Judge (Loralai) in the Years 2009-2011 • District & Sessions Judge, Islamabad in the Years 2011-2014.

Mr. Niaz Muhammad Khan hailing form village Ahl, District Mansehra was born on 25th April, 1958. He got his early education from District Mansehra. After doing his LLB, he joined practice as an Advocate at District Bar Mansehra in the year, 1983 and then passed ex-PCS Judicial Examination by obtaining first position in the year, 1988. During his academic career he also got merit scholarships. He also got one year post graduate diploma in Shariah Law from Sharia Academy, International Islamic University, Islamabad. He remained Civil Judge from 1988 to 1994: then he was promoted to as Senior Civil Judge in 1994; Additional District & Session Judge in 2002 and District & Session Judge in 2010. During his service career he remained on different posts including Additional Member Inspection Team and Additional Registrar (Administration), in Peshawar High Court. During his service he was awarded certificate of merit by the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court in 1993 for outstanding performance as Civil Judge. He was also awarded first position in First Incentive and Reward Policy by the Peshawar High Court in the Year 2003 When he was Additional District & Sessions Judge, Swabi. He also compiled and authored three books under the names Consolidated Inspection Notes of Inspection of Subordinate Courts, 2003, Judicial Esta Code, 2006 and Judicial Esta Code (Revised Enlarged), 2011. He won the certificate of commendation twice granted by Chief Justices of Peshawar High Court in 2006 and 2011 for meritorious services rendered in the compilation of first ever Judicial Esta Code in Pakistan. He is also on the panel of resource persons in Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad and has been regularly visiting the Federal Judicial Academy for delivering lectures in different capacity building programmes. He also attended many conferences, Workshops, Seminars both in land and abroad. He is appointed as Registrar, Islamabad High Court, Islamabad on 3rd Agust, 2012.
