Islamabad High Court Islamabad invites sealed bids for procurement of
Office, Computer Stationery items and General Store items from well-established national
firms/contractors/dealers/suppliers duly registered with Sale Tax/ Income Tax, NTN & GST
departments, and registered in (ATL) Active Tax Payer list having offices in
Islamabad/Rawalpindi, during the Financial Year 2024-25.
Bidding documents, which are containing detailed terms & conditions,
method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening
of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, performance guarantee, are
available for the interested bidders on submission written application along-with payment of
non-refundable fee Rs.1000/-(One thousand only). Bid, prepared in accordance with the
instructions in the bidding documents, must reach by closing date 06-11-2024 till 11.00 a.m.
The bids would be opened on the same day i.e. 06-11-2024 at 11.30 a.m. Bids reached after
closing date and time will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives of firms, who may like to participate.
