The Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to direct the strict compliance of the below-mentioned observation to the effect that:
"In future, office shall accept the form for the cost of litigation only in cases where the deponent is the petitioner/respondent himself/herself or a duly authorized representative through a power of attorney and/or the board resolution"
