Islamabad High Court, Islamabad invites sealed bids from well reputed firms/suppliers of Islamabad/ Rawalpindi, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and also appears on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, for supply of tyres for official vehicles of this Court during the Financial Year 2022-23.
Interested eligible bidders may get the Tender Document from the office of Deputy Registrar (Transport), Islamabad High Court, G-10/1, Judicial Complex, Islamabad during office hours (08:30 a.m. to 03:30 p.m.) on submission of written application along with payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only). Sealed Tenders, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the tender document, must reach on or before the closingdate i.e. 24.11.2022 till 10:30 a.m. which will be opened on the same day i.e. 24.11.2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of the bidders/ representatives of firms, who may like to participate.Bidding documents can also be downloaded from the official website of Islamabad High Court (http://www.ihc.gov.pk) free of cost.
Incomplete and late submission of Tender documents shall not be entertained. The Competent Authority has the right to accept or reject any tender in full/ partial or to amend/ withdraw any of the terms and conditions contained in the Tender Document, withoutassigning any reason, thereof.
