In terms of Article 202 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, section 122 of C.P.C, section 554 of Cr.P.C read with section 27 of Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962 and all other enabling provisions in this behalf, the Hon'ble Chief Justice, Islamabad High Court is pleased to re-constitute Rule Committee under section 123 of C.P.C, for framing the Islamabad High Court Rules & Orders, with the following composition:-
