It has been observed that there is an increasing trend in erroneous referencing at the time of fresh filing on the pretext of being "identical issue " in order to get the case(s) fixed before a Bench of choice.
Taking notice of the above proclivity, the Competent Authority has decided that henceforth the office will not entertain the request to treat the fresh petition as "Similar" until a Certified Copy of the order pertaining to the "Identical issue" is annexed with the file
