.-S.R.O. 1341(I)/2026 In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 31 of the Islamabad Judicial Service Rules, 2011, the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court, on recommendation of the Administration Committee, has been pleased to make the following amendment in the Islamabad Judicial Service Rules, 2011 :-
AMENDMENT
(1) In the aforesaid rules, for clause (a) of rule 24, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"(a) transfer anywhere either under the administrative control of the Islamabad High Court, or to any other provincial High Court by way of rotation;"
