Description:
In continuation of this Court's earlier Notification No. F. (141)/Genl/IHC/38, dated 11.03.2025, the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court has been pleased to designate the following Hon'ble Special Benches to hear the cases/appeals/revisions of Overseas Pakistanis, filed in Islamabad High Court, in light of Section 10 and 13(1)(b) of the Establishment of Special Court (Overseas Pakistanis Property) Act, 2024 :-
1. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar, Hon'ble Chief Justice.
2. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro.
