Description:
In partial modification of this Court's earlier notification No. F.(NJP-57th) / IHC/MIT/26/8920 dated 06.03.2026, and in the light of further directions issued by the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee (NJPMC) in its 59th Meeting dated 06.04.2026, under the agenda item titled "Constitution of Designated Benches for Foreign
Arbitral Awards", the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to designate the following already constituted benches to adjudicate upon matters arising out of (i) National Tariff Commission Act, 2015 and (ii) the Anti-Dumping Duties, Act, 2015; besides matters arising under "Recognition and Enforcement (Arbitration Agreement and Foreign Arbitral Awards) Act, 2011", in the public interest and until further orders.
i. Honourable Mr. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir.
ii. Honourable Mr. Justice Inaam Ameen Minhas.
