Description:
In pursuance of Notification No. 10-1/2025-Min-II, dated 08.04.2026, issued by the Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Division, Islamabad, the Hon'ble Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to declare that the Islamabad High Court as well as the Civil & Sessions Courts (East & West), Islamabad shall remain closed on 9th April 2026 and hearing of cases shall not take place. However, all the officers and Staff shall work from home and shall not leave the station without prior approval of the Competent Authority.
2. Moreover, in accordance with this Court's earlier notification, the Institution and Copy Branches shall remain open from 9th April to 11t April, 2026.
3. This issues with the approval of the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
