In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 139 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, and Section 539 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, and in continuation of this Court's Office Order No. F.(21)/Genl/IHC/10121 dated 19.11.2022, the Hon'ble Chief Justice, having condoned the delay in submission of the request for extension, has been pleased to grant a SECOND TERM to Syed Zawed- ul-Hassan Najam, S/o Mehmood-ul-Hassan, CNIC No. 36103-1605891-5, Advocate High Court, to function as Oath Commissioner in the Islamabad Capital Territory for a further period of three (03) years, with effect from 21.11.2025 to 20.11.2028, on the existing terms and conditions.
