Description:
In partial modification of this Court's carlier Notification No. 32, dated 13.08.2025, and in exercise of powers conferred under the Islamabad High Court Practice and Procedure Rules, 2025 (Volumc-V), the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to nominate the specialized Company Benches to hear the cases filed under Section 5(4) of the Companies Act, 2017, with immediate effects, as under: -
1. Hon'ble Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar,
2. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani,
3. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro.
02. The Benches will also adjudicate the cases under Section 8(B) of the Corporate Restructuring Companies (amendment) Act, 2021 and SECP Act, 1997.
