The Hon'ble Chief Justice, Islamabad High Court, Islamabad has been pleased to declare that the Civil Courts and the District & Sessions Courts (East & West), Islamabad shall observe Winter Vacation-2025-26 w.e.f. January 1, 2026 to January 8, 2026 (both days inclusive).
The District & Sessions Judges, Additional District & Sessions Judges, Senior Civil Judges, and Civil Judges-cum-Judicial Magistrates are allowed to avail Special Casual Leave during the Vacation in Batches. Suitable arrangements must be ensured for the disposal of urgent matters and old cases, in line with the National Judicial Policy.
