Description:
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 13 (6) of the Islamabad Judicial Service Rules, 2011, the Hon'ble Chief Justice of this Court, on recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee made under Rule 13 (5) of the Rules ibid, has been pleased to promote and appoint the following Senior Civil Judges-cum-Magistrates (BPS-19) as Additional District and Sessions Judges (BPS-20) in the Islamabad Judicial Service, against the vacant posts, with immediate effect, in the public interest: -
1. Mr. Muhammad Aamir Aziz Khan
2. Mr. Nasrumminallah
3. Mr. Muhammad Shabbir
4. Mr. Qudrat Ullah
5. Mr. Mujahid Rahim
This order shall take effect from the date, the officers assume charge of the higher post, who shall remain on probation for a period of one year as provided under Rule 20 (2) of the Islamabad Judicial Service Rules, 2011.
