In exercise of powers conferred under Scction139 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and Section 539 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, the Hon'ble Chief Justice / Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Ms. Shabnam Rani, Advocate as Oath Commissioner for District Courts, Islamabad (East & West) for three years w.e.f 24.05.2024 to 23.05.2027.
She is authorized to administer oath to deponents in case of any affidavit sworn under the Code of Civil Procedure as well as Code of Criminal Procedure and her appointment as Oath Commissioner is subject to the following conditions:-
