05.10.2023, the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to nominate Syed Ahtesham Ali,
D&SJ/MIT of this Court to record evidence in all "Commercial Causes" instituted in this Court,.
in its original jurisdiction, in terms of Chapter-3, Part-C, Volume-V of High Court Rules and
Orders, Civil Procedure Code, 1908 and all other enabling provisions.
