Description:
In supersession of this Court's earlier Notification No.F.(60)/Genl/IHC/10144 dated 19.12.2022, the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to nominate Mr. Kamran Basharat Mufti, District & Sessions Judge (D&SJ)/Member Inspection Team (MIT) (BS-21) of this Court, to record evidence in all "commercial causes" instituted in this Court, in its original jurisdiction, in terms of Chapter 3, Part-C, Volume-V of High Court Rules and Orders, Civil Procedure Code, 1908 and all other enabling provisions.
2. The Officer shall also deal with the matters and do acts as provided under Section 6 of the Companies Act, 2017 and perform any other function (s) as may be assigned to him by the Hon'ble Courts from time to time in cases filed under Special enactments before this Court.
