The Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to declare that the Civil & Sessions Courts (East & West), Islamabad, shall observe Winter Holidays from 24th December, 2022 to 1th January, 2023 (both days inclusive).
2. The Hon'ble Chief Justice has further been pleased to allow District & Sessions Judges, Additional District & Sessions Judges, Senior Civil Judges and Civil Judges-cumJudicial Magistrates to avail Special Casual Leave during Winter Vacation in Batches with the direction that suitable arrangements should be made for disposal of urgent matters as well as old cases as per National Judicial Policy.
