Proceedings, titled the State Vs. Imran Ahmad Khan Niazi (Criminal Original No.150_of 2022), initiated under the Contempt of Court Ordinance, 2003, are fixed before a larger Bench of the Hon'ble Islamabad High Court on 8th September, 2022. 2 . In order to ensure that regular cases are not affected and the litigants/learned counsels appearing in the Islamabad High Court are not disturbed, the petition will be taken up at 2:30 p.m. on the aforesaid date. And in order to ensure the honour, dignity and decorum of the Court, and keeping in view the limited seating capacity in Court Room No. 1, the entry in the Court Room shall be subject to "Entry Pass" issued by the Office of the Registrar, Islamabad High Court. The Attorney General office (10 Persons) and respected Advocate General, Islamabad(05 persons) are requested to submit a list of Law Officers, limited to a total number of not more than 15 (fifteen), for issuance of Entry Passes. The Counsels for Respondent in Contempt proceedings are also required to submit a list of not more than 15 (fifteen) learned counsels/persons, for issuance of Entry Passes. The Amici Curiae are also required to submit a list of not more than 3(three) persons each, for issuance of Entry Passes.....
