Islamabad High Court, Islamabad invites sealed bids from registered firms with the income tax and sales tax departments, and also appears on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR, for the following lots.
LOT# 01
For pre-qualification and subsequent enlistment on Islamabad High Court Panel with regard to repair & maintenance of all types of official vehicles during the Financial Years, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24.
LOT# 02
For Supply of Tyres
(during the Financial Year 2021-22)
2 Workshops/firms/suppliers with good reputation and experience on panel of other Government Departments/ Organizations/ Autonomous Bodies will be preferred
3 Interested eligible bidders may get the Bidding Document from undersigned, during office hours (09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.) on submission of written application along with payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.500/- (Five hundred Rupees Only) for purchase of documents of Lot No.2 whereas Rs.1000/for purchase of documents of Lot No. 1. Bid, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach by closing date i.e. 26.08.2021 till 10.00 a.m. The bids would be opened on the same day i.e. 26.08.2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the office of Chairman Purchase Committee, IHC. Bids reached after closing date and time will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ representatives of firms, who may like to participate.
4. Islamabad High Court reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to annul the pre-qualification process and reject all applications in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.
