Description:
Keeping in view the policy of the Government and the situation amid surge in COVID-19 Coronavirus cases, the following decisions have been taken by the Competent Authority of the Islamabad High Court:-
50% of the Judicial officers and staff will perform duty in the Islamabad District Courts with immediate effect.
The Judicial Officer on duty will also hear his regular cases.
These measures will be in force until the revised/new guidelines are issued by the Government.
