Whereas by virtue of Sections 4 & 10 of CPC (Amendment) Act, 2020, Section 6 & 96 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, have been amended to the extend of Islamabad. Consequently, the Pecuniary Jurisdiction of Islamabad High Court in Original Civil Jurisdiction has been changed. The amended provisions of Section 6 & 96, CPC, are extracted Below:-
