In continuation of this court's earlier Circular Number 3290/DRJ, Dated: 20.12.2019, the Hon'ble Administration Committee in its meeting held on 04.06.2020 has been pleased to pass the following directions:- "Provision of soft copy of Petition / Appeal to the office at time of fresh filing is made optional for six months.
