In exercise of powers under Rule 13 and Rule 17 of Islamabad High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules 2025, read with Section 4 of the "Financial Management and Powers of Principal Accounting Officers Regulations, 2021" and the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in its Judgment under PLD-1994-SC-105 (Civil Appeals 105-K to 107K of 1989), and in partial modification of this Court's Notification No. (14)/Genl/IHC/10123, dated 21.11.2022, the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to delegate the administrative and Financial Powers to the Registrar and the Additional Registrar (Establishment) of this Court, in the following manner :-
