Islamabad High Court, Islamabad, invites electronic bids through PPRA's EPADS portal as per PPRA Rule 36(b) of 2004, (Single stage-Two envelope) on item rate basis from eligible bidders/ suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR as well as with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category of C-4 and above with specialized Code CE-10, EE-01, EE-02 EE-04, EE-09, and ME-01, for the year 2025-26. The bidder should be registered suppliers on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in order to participate in the tender for the Establishment of Training / Capacity Building Center and Conference Room at Islamabad High Court for current financial year 2025-26.
Bidding documents, as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirement etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS 2.0 at (www.epads.gov.pk) and website of Islamabad High Court (www.ihc.gov.pk). The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 01-06-2026 at 11.00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic Bids will be opened on the same day, at 11.30 am.
