I am directed to refer to the Judgment dated 23.06.2025 passed by Hon'ble Division Bench in the subject reference as well as subsequent Office Order bearing No. F. (01)/Genl (Civil)/IHC/134 dated 27.06.2025, issued by this Court, and to transmit herewith the ORIGINAL CASE FILE i.e. Institution No. 07-2024/RFA (Muhammad Zia ul Haq Vs.
