In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 208 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Hon'ble Chief Justice and Judges of the Islamabad High Court, have been pleased to approve 'the Islamabad High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2025,' published in the Gazette of Pakistan vide S.R.O. 585 (I)/ 2025 dated 10-04-2025, with the approval of the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
