Description:
In partial modification of this Court's earlier Notification No. 34, dated 13.08.2025, and in exercise of powers conferred under the Islamabad High Court Practice and Procedure Rules, 2025 (Volume-V), the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been plcased to nominate the following specialized Benches to hear the cases filed under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001, in exercise of Original Civil Jurisdiction, with immediate effects, till further orders: -
1. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.
2. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro.
02. The Benches will also adjudicate the Civil Suits under the Privatization Commission (Amendment ACT), 2020.
