Description:
Islamabad High Court (IHC) intends to invite electronic applications/bids for pre- qualification and subsequent enlistment on IHC Panel, through E-Procurement (EPADS) systems of PPRA from well-reputed NTN & GST registered (on active tax payers list) automobile workshops/firms located in Islamabad within distance of 20-km from Islamabad High Court, G-5/1 Islamabad, for pre-qualification and subsequent enlistment on IHC Panel for repair/maintenance of all types of IHC official vehicles (Petrol & Diesel) on credit basis including air conditioning repairs, wheel alignment/ balancing services providers, batteries, seat covers and foot mats etc., for three years 2025-2026, 2026-27 & 2027-28.
Workshops/firms/suppliers with good reputation and experience on panel of other Government Departments/Organizations/ Autonomous Bodies will be preferred.
Pre-qualification documents, as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions,specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk) .and website of Islamabad High Court (www.ihc.gov.pk). The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 29.11.2025 at 12:00 pm. Electronic Bids
will be opened on the same day i.e. 29.11.2025 at 12:30 pm.
IHC Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to annul the pre-qualification process and reject all applications in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004
