Description:
Pursuant to the decision of the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee (NJPMC) made in the 53rd Meeting dated 11-07-2025 and in exercise of powers conferred under the Islamabad High Court Practice and Procedure Rules, 2025 (Volume-V), the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to nominate the following specialized Benches to hear cases filed under the Financial Institution (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 in exercise of original Civil Jurisdiction with immediate effect till further order:-

Hon'ble Ms. Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz
The Benches will also adjudicate the Civil Suits filed under the Privatization Commission (Amendment Act), 2020.
