Description:
Pursuant to the decision of the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee (NJPMC) made in the 53rd Meeting dated 11-07-2025 and in exercise of powers conferred under the Islamabad High Court Practice and Procedure Rules, 2025 (Volume-V), the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to nominate following specialized Bench to adjudicate the cases related to Educational Institutions including but not limited to the Medical Colleges: -
