Description:
Pursuant to the decision of the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee (NJPMC) made in the 53rd Meeting dated 11-07-2025 and in exercise of powers conferred under the Islamabad High Court Practice and Procedure Rules, 2025 (Volume-V), the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to nominate the following specialized Company Benches to hear the cases filed under Section 5(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 with immediate effect :-
1. Hon'ble Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar,
2. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani
3. Hon'ble Ms. Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz
The Benches will also adjudicate the cases under Section 8(B) of the Corporate Restructuring Companies (amendment) Act, 2021 and SECP Act, 1997.
