Pursuant to the decision of the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee (NJPMC) made in the 53rd Meeting, dated 11-07-2025 and in exercise of powers conferred under the Islamabad High Court Practice and Procedure Rules, 2025 (Volume-V), the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to nominate the following specialized Division Bench to hear cases related to
category "Commercial Litigation Corridor (CLC)" with immediate effect till further order :-

The Division Bench will adjudicate the references filed under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, Sales Tax Act, 1990, Federal Excise Act, 2005 and Customs Act, 1969.
