Judicial / Administrative Career
During his distinguished career, Mr. Noor Muhammad has served on various key administrative positions in different branches of the Islamabad High Court. He previously served as Secretary to the Honourable Chief Justice during the tenure of Honourable Chief Justice Mr. Justice Aamer Farooq and is currently serving as Additional Registrar (Chief Justice Secretariat) under the leadership of Honourable Chief Justice Mr. Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar. His responsibilities include overseeing the affairs of the Chief Justice Secretariat and ensuring effective administrative coordination. He has also served in the Lahore High Court, further enriching his experience in judicial administration.
Education & Professional Training
Mr. Noor Muhammad possesses a strong academic foundation and pursued legal education, earning his Law Degree from the University of the Punjab.
Alongside his academic qualifications, he has successfully completed several professional and technical training programs to enhance his administrative and information technology skills. He received training in Office Automation at the Federal Judicial Academy, which strengthened his expertise in office management and judicial administration. He also completed a Computer Literacy Program, a Computer training at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, professional training in PHP from Pakistan Computer Bureau, and earned a Diploma in Information Technology (DIT). His educational background, legal qualifications, and technical training have played a significant role in developing the professional competence and administrative expertise that have distinguished his career in judicial administration.
