Description:
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 13 (6) of the Islamabad Judicial Service Rules, 2011, the Hon'ble Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Athar Minallah, on recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee made under Rule 13 (5) of the Rules ibid, has been pleased to promote and appoint Ms. Rakhshanda Shaheen, Additional District & Sessions Judge (BPS-20) as District & Sessions Judge (BPS-21) in the Islamabad Judicial Service, against the vacant post, on successful completion of mandatory training, in the public interest.
2. This order shall take effect from the date, the officer assumes the charge of the post and shall remain on probation for a period of one year, as per Rules.
