I have the honour to draw your kind attention that the Hon'ble Election Commission
of Pakistan, Islamabad has been pleased to appoint the Law Officers accross the Pakistan vide
Notification No.42(1)/2020-Estt-Il dated 10-11-2021 (copy enclosed). It is submitted that the following
Law Officer shall appear, plead and defend all the cases wherein ECP, PECs & others officers of
ECP impleaded in official capacity and are pending / instituted before the Hon'ble Islamabad High Court, Islamabad.
