Description:
The competent authority has directed that all the officers and staff of Islamabad High Court shall provide the following details of their family members for provision of potential health services:-
02. The above information should be submitted as per the definition of 'family' provided in Rule-2(d) of the Medical Attendance Rules, 1990.
03. The details should reach this office within 07 days from the issuance of this order
