I am directed to refer to the Judgment dated 23.06.2025 passed by Hon'ble Division Bench in the subject reference as well as subsequent Office Order bearing No. F.(01)/Genl (Civil)/IHC/134 dated 27.06.2025, issued by this Court, and to transmit herewith the ORIGINAL CASE FILE i.e. Objection No. 22193-2025/FAO (CDA through its Chairman Vs. Khalid Shehzad ) and Objection No. 12777-2025/RFA (Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad Vs. M/s New United Printers) for further necessary action in light of the cited judgment of Hon'ble Division Bench and subsequent office order.
