Description:
In pursuance of the direction(s) passed by the Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee of Hon'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to assign the duties of Mediator Judge for District & Sessions Courts-East and West (ICT) in Court Annexed Mediation Center-ICT (CAMC-ICT) to Raja Farrukh Ali Khan, learned Civil Judge (East) ICT, in the public interest and till further orders.
2. The Mediator Judge shall not be assigned any judicial work until he is acting as mediator to avoid any kind of biasness in adjudication of cases.
