Description:
In super session of this Court's Notification No. F.(60)/Genl./IHC/10305, dated
23.06.2023, the Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to nominate Mr. Wajid Ali, District &
Session Judge/OSD (BPS-21) of this Court to record evidence in all ''Commercial Causes''
instituted in this Court, in its original jurisdiction, in terms of Chapter-3, Part-C, Volume-V of
High Court Rules and Orders, Civil Procedure Court, 1908 and all other enabling provisions.
The Officer shall also deal with the matters and do acts as provided under Section 6 2.
of the Companies Act, 2017 and perform any other function(s) as may be assigned to him by the
Hon'ble Court from time to time in cases filed under Special enactments before this Court, i
addition to his already assigned duties.
