Online E-Court System

 INTRODUCTION:
Islamabad High Court has started operating E-Courts. The learned lawyers desirous of availing the E-Court facility may make request on the prescribed proforma, available on the official website of the Islamabad High Court, Islamabad, with an undertaking embodied therein. Learned counsel(s) shall further require to:-

 REQUIREMENTS:

     Observe the Dress Code;
     Shall provide Skype ID with an alternative ID;
     Government departments shall designate focal person(s), who shall remain available on the respective ID during the entire proceedings of their case;
     If any lawyer/party do not make him/her/it available on the Skype on the date fixed or intentionally avoids the court may proceed ex-parte;
     Court associate, before the case is called out for hearing, shall verify the identity/eligibility of the counsel and focal person(s) appearing for the parties/Govt. departments;
     The Advocates or the parties shall not record the proceedings of E-Court through any device nor make the same public in any number whatsoever and if he/she does so, may be proceeded against under the applicable laws;
     To take on, perform and comply with the directions or any other task assigned by the Hon’ble Chief Justice and Hon’ble judges of the Court.
